Terms and Conditions

ON PAYMENT AND DELIVERY1. All tagged prices are NOT inclusive of postage cost and handling charges unless otherwise stated.
2. Postage costs and handling charges will be borne by customer.
3. Normal postage + handling will range from
SGD$0.50 onwards.
4. Registered post is recommended especially for orders of more than 5 items and/or worth more than $20, an additional cost of
$2.24 shall be borne by the customer on top of additional postage costs.
5. All payments shall be made to The Lil' One's bank account via Internet Banking or ATM Funds Transfer.
6. All payments shall be received within
48 hours upon confirmation of orders and must be verified by both customer and The Lil' One.
7. Items will be sent out within
24 hours upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated by The Lil' One.
8. The Lil' One shall
not be held liable for any loss of items in the post.
9. Alternative methods of delivery of goods will be up to The Lil' One's discretion.
ON BASIC ETIQUETTE1. Potential customers shall not haggle for listed prices
2. Potential customers should reply to notifications via e-mail
3. Customers who fail to respond over a stipulated
72 hours shall be deemed as a dead buyer and product reserved shall be reposted as available for other potential customers.
4. There shall be no bidding of products unless otherwise stated.
5. All products shall be sold on a first-come first-served basis. (Join The Lil' One's mailing list for first-hand updates!)
6. The Lil' One believes in civility and hence all orders including any form of expletives or rudeness shall be ignored.

2. Customizations are available at The Lil' One's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
